The ring itself is really nice, but the way it was packaged could definitely use some improvement. It arrived in just a ziplock bag and a mailing envelope—no boxes or anything fancy. Other than that, I'm pretty satisfied.

I ordered a sweatshirt online and soon received an email from Guy letting me know that the item I picked was out of stock. He provided me with the measurements for the sizes that were available, allowing me to select a different size or opt for a full refund. I went with a different size. Super helpful! Last year, I bought a beanie when I visited the shop. We had a great time chatting with Guy about the store, his inventory, and his designs. Such an interesting backstory! It's a wonderful independent shop. A pleasure to work with. I highly recommend it.

I placed an order for some trainers on a Saturday, but after I finished, I realized I had picked the wrong size. I shot a message to customer service, but the auto-reply mentioned they weren't available outside of office hours. To my surprise, I got a quick response saying it was all good and they would send the right size, even though it was late in the day and the order was already marked as shipped. The correct shoes arrived just three days later, which was impressive considering it was over New Year! The service was top-notch, and the prices were way better than any other online shop I found. Overall, I’m really pleased.

It took some time to get here, but that was due to the crazy heat... so no worries. Regarding the sizing, you all do a decent job explaining how it fits in real life, but this time the track jacket was smaller than I expected. It felt more like a small XL. On the other hand, the track pants were more like a XXL. No problem though, you have an awesome vintage collection! Kudos!
